About the role
We are looking for a Receptionist–administration officer to join our supportive team on a permanent, part-time basis.

As our Receptionist & Administration Officer, you play a pivotal role as the face of our organisation, ensuring that every client interaction is a positive and seamless experience. Your customer service expertise will be the cornerstone of our operations, supporting our dynamic team in delivering exceptional administration support.
Working hours Due to operational requirements, this role will be based on-site 9am to 5pm, at our Altona operations on the following roster:
Week 1 – Wednesday to Friday Week 2 – Thursday & Friday
Responsibilities

  • Being first point of call for visitors to site including clients, contractors and staff
  • Handling client queries and/or referring on to specialised staff as required.
  • Responsible for collection and sorting of correspondence and deliveries
  • Support site administration operations which may include purchasing, data entry, bookkeeping/reconciling accounts, promotions, and any other administrative activities as required

About you
  • Ideally possess previous administration and receptionist experience. However, we are committed to investing in your training and development
  • Thrive in a collaborative and results-focused working environment
  • Demonstrate smart, resourceful, and forward-thinking approaches to tasks
  • Possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all administrative tasks
  • Showcase the ability to provide a high level of customer service and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Have access to your own vehicle as public transport is limited in the area
